Softonic review

An original, but initially difficult, online game

In Savage XR you'll join one of two opposing camps: the legion of men or the horde of beasts. Each side has its strengths and weaknesses. The animals are robust and can inflict a lot of damage, while humans are heavily armed and can build defenses and amass weapons to protect their base.

Original gameplay

In Savage XR, most players play the role of a soldier and face the enemy armed with the many weapons available (the list expands as new buildings are built). A candidate will take on the role of commander and must coordinate his team (from an aerial viewpoint like in strategy games) and construct buildings.

Our verdict: a treat for fans of online games

The first parts of Savage XR might seem tough, but players who persevere will be rewarded with a rich and original gameplay. A game to recommend for lovers of multiplayer online games who aren't afraid to spend some time learning the basics of the game.

Tips for surviving your first few Savage XR games

Savage XR is a complex game so beginners can feel a bit lost. Fortunately, there are some simple tips to survive your first few games. Select the humans rather than beasts (easier for beginners). Then wait until the game starts and follow your allies in systematically equipping yourself with the best ranged weapons available (if you let the beasts get close, you can die pretty quickly).
